Staging a home helps to sell your property more efficiently by making your home more attractive to potential buyers. The goal of staging a home is to make it more appealing while still allowing the potential buyers to envision putting their own personal touch on the property.
When she meets with you she will assess your property and make recommendations or implement improvements to best prepare your home for sale. She will assess your needs, advise you on decluttering the house and on what items should be removed and put in storage, as well as packing away personal mementos. Among her other recommendations for staging are landscaping, exterior and interior painting, furniture placement, and the repositioning of accessories. She can help organize and commission the work of painters, carpenters, landscapers, and other home service providers to achieve these tasks.
Valerie will introduce artwork, accessories and small furniture items to create a “look” and ensure the décor is on-trend and aspirational.
